Już na pierwszysch stronach możemy sie sporo dowiedziec o znajomej postaci - Jahnie, którego pomnik stał niegdyś w Gleiwitz, który to Jahn krzewił kulturę aryjskiej krzepy. Gdzie indziej sporo Mosses pisze o manii i modzie na goliznę czyli nudyzm, a także jakiś szał budowy kąpielisk i basenów (znowu Gleiwitz). Wychodził nawet dziennik - "Volkisch Nudism" :) Ale to są michałki - cała książka jest bardzo treściwa, chociaż skupia się na volkizmie.
